Our Success Stories

AG joined us in October 2024 following the breakdown of a previous placement. Understandably, she arrived feeling unsettled, carrying with her the emotional weight of past instability. The initial weeks presented challenges, as AG adjusted to a new environment and began rebuilding her sense of safety and trust. However, with consistent support, patience, and the nurturing environment we strive to provide, AG has made remarkable progress — both emotionally and socially.

Her transformation has been nothing short of inspiring. Recently, AG received two prestigious awards that reflect not only her talents but also her character.

The first was a Sport Award, celebrating her exceptional performance and dedication to roller skating. AG has shown incredible focus and determination on the rink, quickly becoming one of the most skilled skaters in her group. Her hard work, enthusiasm, and natural ability have truly set her apart.

The second award, in Culture and Art, was given in recognition of her kindness and empathy — qualities she demonstrates consistently in her daily life. She’s often seen feeding stray cats in the community and thoughtfully putting out water for them, showing a deep compassion for animals. Her kindness extends to her peers as well. At roller skating sessions, AG regularly takes time to help younger or less confident children with their skates, gently guiding them around the circuit until they gain their footing.

AG’s journey so far is a testament to the power of a supportive environment, compassionate care, and her own resilience and generous spirit. She continues to thrive and inspire those around her, and we are incredibly proud of everything she has achieved.
